Producer Karim Amer discusses how street art became a tool to help tell the story of the Egyptian revolution. The filmmakers worked with a graffiti artist Ammar Abou Bakr, using his art to create chapters in THE SQUARE.
THE SQUARE has been nominated in the Best Feature category for the 29th annual IDA Documentary Awards.
