So anyway, the video workout is called Squatta' Tabata. And as the name implies it's a bodyweight Tabata workout. My buddy Scott from www.yourinnerstrong.com suggested I add a round of the workout to the video. But it was too late. So I did the next best thing...
I did the workout in real time - all 8 rounds of 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off at MAX EFFORT.
Watch the video. This is a tough workout and my legs are spent. I tried my best to keep perfect form but towards the end my low back was getting really tired and rounded out a bit. Still I'm happy with my performance.
