Here's The 300 Shredder Workout!
Here's another awesome Designer Whey sponsored Workout for you! This time around I'm employing the use of resistance bands along with bodyweight exercises to take thing up a notch. I've been using bands solely for 9 weeks now and I love them, so consider this routine right from the Angry Trainer playbook.
Of course no Angry Trainer workout is complete without burpees and jump squats, along with other calisthenics, so be prepared!
Circuit #1
1. Resistance Band Torso Twist x 15
2. Pushup w/ Knee Forward x 15
3. EXPOSIVE Jump Squats x 15
4. Overhead Band Press x 15
5. Quick Feet x 15 seconds
Rest 30 seconds & repeat
Circuit #2
1. Resistance Band Reverse Sitting x 15
2. Band Chest Press x 15
3. Jump Jacks x 15
4. Shoulder Taps x 15
5. Alternate Reverse Lunge & Band Row x 15
rest 30 seconds & repeat
**BONUS 30 Burpees! Flat belly style! Who's up for the challenge?
If you've got it in you, repeat both circuits and the burpees a second time!
